Refund Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the Lepulses Service operated by tailoredbits, a sole proprietorship operated by Abadeer Afif ("Company," "we," "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Billing Model

1.1. The Service is offered on a freemium basis. The "Solo" plan is free; paid plans ("Growth," "Pro," and "Agency") are billed on a recurring subscription basis.

1.2. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle — either monthly or annual. Annual plans are billed as a single up-front payment for the year.

1.3. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase ("Refund Window").

2.2. Renewals. Renewal charges (the automatic charge at the start of a new billing period) are generally non-refundable, except:

  • Where required by applicable law (including statutory withdrawal/consumer-protection rights for EU/UK consumers); or
  • In cases of a verified billing error or duplicate charge.

2.3. Annual Plans. Unless required by law, annual plans are not refunded on a pro-rata basis after the Refund Window. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the paid annual term.

2.4. No Refunds for Usage/Partial Periods. Except as stated above, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused storage or proposal quota, or for periods in which the account remained active but was not used.

3. Cancellations and Effect on the Billing Cycle

3.1. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the Billing section of the Service or via the Paddle-hosted management link.

3.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your paid plan's features until that date, after which your account automatically reverts to the free "Solo" plan. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3.3. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund for amounts already paid for the current period, unless you are within the Refund Window in Section 2.1 or a refund is otherwise required by law.

4. Downgrades

4.1. Downgrading to a lower-priced or free plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund the difference for the current period.

4.2. After a downgrade, plan limits (such as active-proposal count and storage) of the lower tier will apply. It is your responsibility to bring your account into compliance with the new limits (for example, by archiving or deleting proposals or files). Content exceeding the new plan's limits may become restricted until you reduce usage.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@lepulses.com within the applicable Refund Window;
  2. Include your account email, the approximate date of the charge, and the reason for the request;
  3. We will review and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method via Paddle.

Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

6.1. Contact Us First. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

6.2. Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account pending resolution, and we (or Paddle) reserve the right to contest disputes we believe are invalid.

6.3. Fraud. Transactions identified as fraudulent or unauthorized may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended or terminated. We cooperate with Paddle and relevant authorities to investigate fraudulent activity.

7. Failed and Past-Due Payments

If a recurring payment fails, your subscription may enter a past-due or paused state. We (via Paddle) may retry the charge. If payment is not resolved, your subscription may be cancelled and your account reverted to the free "Solo" plan, with paid features disabled.

8. Taxes

Refunds, where granted, are issued for the amount actually paid. Tax handling on refunds is administered by Paddle as Merchant of Record in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
